Problem during installation RabbitMQ

Post by diana89 » Tue Mar 24, 2020 1:05 am

Hi, I've been trying to install OnlyOffice Community Ed. but in the middle of the installation progress I have the same issue. I've tried to change the values of port, etc... but the problem persits....any idea how fix it?

PS: I've tried installing different versions of RabbitMQ, stopping the service and rebooting it, and nothing of that worked

Hello diana89,

Are you installing the product on a clean server? Was there already some version of RabbitMQ installed? What Windows version are you using?

Hello Carl,

I'm using Windows 10, and I had installed xampp but I uninstalled it just in case. I have installed different versions of RabbitMQ and checked if the service was running and everything looked ok until in that step of the installation proccess always shows the same alert.

Hello diana89,

Windows 10 is not supported, you have to install the Community Edition on server versions of Windows (Windows Server 2008 R2 or newer).

Thanks Carl. I've installed it in Windows Sever 2016 on Virtualbox and it's running perfectly.
