Windows Uninstall broken...

Onlyoffice won't uninstall (or update) on Windows. The uninstaller starts then does absolutely nothing. Windows did a major OS update the other day and possibly that screwed it up. How do I manually uninstall Onlyoffice so the included uninstaller is broken? Thanks.
