Post Time stamp always showing UTC

Hi,

I need some enlightenment.
I setup Onlyoffice in Ubuntu and work flawlessly. There's one issue I can't resolved.
My posts or any blogs are always showing UTC time despite I had set the correct region.

My HWclock and OS are showing correct date and time. What else could I do to make it display the correct time stamps for all my posts/emails etc. ?

Please check the portal settings to be at the correct time zone. (it is in the interface)
