Community Edition 9.6.588
Installed on Windows 2012 R2 server and works fine
After a while, the TALK stops working and always shows Offline - even rebooting the Server does not help.
During Document Edit, the users on a document can still talk to each other.
Ports 5222 and 5280 are open and TeamLabSvc.exe excluded in the antivirus.
If I remove ALL the installations and re-do them, then TALK works for a few hours and then stops working again
Any advice appreciated...

The TeamLabSvc.exe.Config file did not change the default password for Mysql during the install...
updated the password to the correct one, and all is working again.

Please check the logs
there should be files like svcJabber.[date].log C:\Program Files (x86)\Ascensio System SIA\CommunityServer\Logs
Also try to restart Onlyoffice Jabber service when the issue repeats.
