Hello! After installing and starting onlyOffice Docs, I was unable to open my document properly, and it gave me no warning of any errors, and now I don't know what to do, so I have to come to the forum and ask for help, hoping for a reply. Thank you very much.

Hello Binfang,

Please specify the following:

1. OS of the server where Document Server is installed.
2. Type of installation of the Document Server (docker, deb/rpm).
3. What are you integrating the Document Server with? (Nextcloud, ownCloud, your own application, etc).
4. Open the browser developer tools (f12 in Chrome and Firefox) => reproduce the issue => check if there are any error messages in Network and Console tabs.

Hi, Carl,

I am very happy to receive your reply. To the questions mentioned in your reply, my reply is as follows:

1. The operating system on which the document server resides is Window10.

2. The document server is installed with onlyoffice-documentserver.exe.

3. I integrate the document server with my own application.

4. After opening the browser plug-in, the following error occurs:

wasm streaming compile failed: TypeError: Failed to execute 'compile' on 'WebAssembly': Incorrect response MIME type. Expected 'application/wasm'.

Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to reply.

Hello Binfang,

Thank you for the information.
wasm streaming compile failed: TypeError: Failed to execute 'compile' on 'WebAssembly': Incorrect response MIME type. Expected 'application/wasm'.
This is just a warning message that can be ignored.

Could you please also check the Network tab of browser developer tools and let me know if there are any errors when reproducing the issue?

Hi Carl,

According to your prompt, I opened the network for debugging, but there was no error prompt in the network.

Now I am a little confused, is there something wrong with my installation?
