Unknown user in my OnlyOffice

Hi,

We test your free cloud office solution on nextcloud platform that we’d installed on our servers.
Unfortunately, we can’t use your collaborative office apps because some strange unknown user blocks our onlyoffice activity.

No matter what and how many users are simultaneous logged, the same new unknown user appears immediately and it blocks us to edit fields in spreadsheet docs.
Ex:
If i login with "Alin" common user.. in few seconds another user "ochy.._alin" appears from nowhere and it blocks us to edit fields in spreadsheet docs
If i login with "Admin" user.. another user ochyfmt06sx6_admin appears from nowhere, and it blocks us to edit fields in spreadsheet docs.
Pls check print-screens attached.

Hope you have a fix for this please?

Please provide us with some additional information:
1. What do you mean by "We test your free cloud office solution"? Do you mean Demo ONLYOFFICE Document Server which is available on the connector page?
2. Version of Nextcloud and type of installation.
3. OS of the server where Nextcloud is installed.
4. Version of ONLYOFFICE connector.
If you installed Document Server itself, let us know type of installation, version of product and version of OS.

Please provide us with some additional information:
1. What do you mean by "We test your free cloud office solution"?
Test means test your products functionalities in order to understand if fits to our collaborative works needs.

Do you mean Demo ONLYOFFICE Document Server which is available on the connector page?
Document Server is installed under VM (my server). https://cloud2.sig....ro/index.php/apps/documentserver_community/

2. Version of Nextcloud and type of installation.
Cloud 19.0.2 - I've installed accordingly with https://nextcloud.com/install/- Server install.

3. OS of the server where Nextcloud is installed.
Linux, Proxmox VM, Vesta Control Panel.

4. Version of ONLYOFFICE connector.
If you installed Document Server itself, let us know type of installation, version of product and version of OS.

Help me with details where can I find the Onlyoffice info you asked for.

Hello sazicem.
According to your screenshot, you are using Community Document Server (Nextcloud app). Please note, we are not affiliated with this product and we have not developed it. We have information about it here: viewtopic.php?f=53&t=25444
We recommend you to follow our official guides to install separate Document Server and disable Nextcloud Community Document Server.
