Good Afternoon,

I've been exploring this platform recently and have been fairly impressed with it, however, one specific issue has become apparent.

Is there any way to respond as a group/shared mailbox? I've poured over documentation, forums, etc, and have yet to find a way to accomplish this.


Feel free to let me know if I'm just overlooking this somewhere, but I haven't been able to figure out a way to do it.

Unfortunately, ONLYOFFICE doesn’t support shared mailbox at the moment. We really like this feature and added it to our tracklist. We hope it will be released with one of next updates. Unfortunately, we can’t provide information about time frames.
