In Only Office 5.4.1,
The file is open in view mode by one user and the same file is open in edit mode by another user(co-editing).
In the above case, if changes made in file open for edit do not reflect in file which is opened in view mode.

While in Only Office 5.1.2,
The above scenario works i.e, changes made in edit mode are reflected in the file opened in view mode at runtime.

Is there any setting that we have to enable to make our changes reflect at runtime in view mode?

The user has to refresh the page in the browser to see the changes added by another user.

Could you please make a video/gif where this behavior is demonstrated? I have just checked it with the version 5.1.2.9, the user with view mode still has to refresh the page to see the changes.
