Hi Maxim,

When I tried Export and Sync option on my calendar the export and sync window is opened.
The CalDAV link box shows a message "Link preparation failed".
iCal link as follows but it can't work for me.

I used some iCal sync apps on the Android phone. The app gave me the similar message to the following. "Calendar XXX is unavailable on url https://....."

Do you have any suggestion for me?



Notes :
1) The following file is installed on my server.
ONLYOFFICE_CommunityEdition_Win-install.v19.05.346.exe

2) I created new calendar before to be tried sync. (https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/tipst ... 1565864363)

Hello koksalbasar!

Please open your portal, go to Common > Customization > DNS Settings > Custom domain name flag, enter your domain there (without protocol) and press "save" button. It should fix CalDAV link generation error and login from third-party apps using this guide.

DNS Settings filled with team.valura.net.
CalDAV link generation error still continue. Must I checked anything else?

hello

i've the same problem, but solve by creating a new personnal calendar.
apparently there is a bug with the default personal calendar, cannot create link in fresh community edition install, and in the cloud trial version the link is generated but not work.

in cloud trial version :
link for default calendar https://xxxxxx.onlyoffice.eu/caldav/xxx ... 0000000000 (not work of course)
link for a new calendar https://xxxxxx.onlyoffice.eu/caldav/xxx ... b17ff38892 (work)

and no news regarding contact sync? (i've find that the are api, but....)

and one other things, if i use caldav to sync caldendar, it's only sync events from the "personal" calendar, and it's a problem because in this calendar, events from others peoples that share own calendar with me are not displayed.

no solution?

Hello koksalbasar,

Please record a video or gif (we need it to verify and reproduce exact same actions on our side) and do again the following steps:

1. Download and update Community Server to the latest version.
2. Open "About this program" as on this screenshot to make sure installation was successful and it is recent version.
3. Make sure you open your portal through https and valid CA-signed certificate is installed.
4. Please open your portal again, go to Common > Customization > DNS Settings > Custom domain name flag, enter your domain there (without protocol) and press "save" button.
5. Create new calendar and name it Calendartest1 > press Edit calendar > Export and Sync > check result in CalDAV field.

Upload this video somewhere and post link here please.

Hi Andrew,

It seems basically many of my problems are solved with the new version. But links and CalDAV functionality can't work correctly. I'll try to explain my experience. Also, you can find my screenshots as an attachment. File's names are like this: QuestionNumber_QueueNumber.png, if you need to check them.

All configurations were the same as your suggestion. But the Calendar Screen did not start correctly (picture 05_01.png) and my document section also did not work. I returned to my server and test OnlyOffice installation from localhost. Everything has gone well and Calendar prepared me the CalDAV link.

For this reason, I changed my SSL configuration. The site was using the SSL from cloudflare.org configuration (03_02_a.png). I saw the Calendar Page correctly with new SSL configuration (03_02_b.png). CalDAV links are also created but my tests were failed with Google Calendar. I could not see the events in Google Calendar. In addition, I tried to the following tutorial (https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/tipst ... vices.aspx).

Login processes are passed. I saw my created calendars in OpenSync app and the calendar app showed me my calendars.

But;
* OnlyOffice to Phone synchronization did not work. I waited for more than 5 minutes.
* When I add an event to the calendar on the phone the sync is failed.

I'm not sure what's going wrong? I took the OpenSync's debug file and shared with you. I hope it shows something to us. My event name is "Test from google calendar" and there is some information on the debug file about them.

If I delete the event on the phone, the sync operation backed to normal.

Do you have any other suggestion?
