Error when trying to add onlyoffice to nextcloud.

Post by phillw » Mon Dec 09, 2019 12:44 pm

Hi folks,

onlyoffice is installed with working let's encrypt certificate, as is nextcloud. (on separate servers). When trying to connect from the nextcloud server I get the error
Error when trying to connect (Error occurred in the document service: Error while downloading the document file to be converted.)
The only office can successfully

Code: Select all

wget https://nc.phillw.org
and the next cloud one

Code: Select all

wget://https://oo.phillw.org
Any ideas of where to look?
Thanks in advance,
Phill.

Hello Phill,
Error while downloading the document file to be converted.
Errors of such type can be found in /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/converter/out.log of the Document Server. Please check it and let me know the error.

Hello Phill,

Thank you for the info once again. Please specify the version of NodeJS installed on your server. Use the command

Code: Select all

node --version
Also please try to disable certificate verification in /etc/onlyoffice/documentserver/default.json => set rejectUnauthorized to false => save the file and restart all Document Server services with

Code: Select all

supervisorctl restart all

Hi,

as this is brand new installation, if you would like log-in credentials to investigate further I'd be more than happy to set that up for you good people.

Regards,
Phill.
