1 Does it happen to particular xls file or any xls file?
2 Send us logs of Document Server and FileConverter. You can find them inside of Document Server container
/var/www/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/docservice
/var/www/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/converter

The original issue is gone now by changing docker dns to local dns

The only remaining issue is when opening the sample xls file where is says in loop this file has changed...
It is ok with new files.
I have downloaded the sample file, delete it, re uploaded.
Issue is gone.

Thanks for your help on this.
Is there anything special task I need to perform to securely backup OO?

If you want to create backup of OnlyOffice for docker you should save app/onlyoffice. In case when you want to upgrade your Community Edition to Enterprise Edition you should:
- be sure that app/onlyoffice exist
- save app/onlyoffice, just in case
- delete your old script and both containers
- install Enterprise Edition using the provided script
After installation your info will be restored in Enterprise Edition.
