Problem with fresh installation

Hi!
We're currently looking for collaboration tool in our company, and ONLYOFFICE is amazing with it's online document editing. However I came across problem which I cannot solve.
After fresh docker install, document editor displays File editing start error.
I was trying to solve it but none of answers I found did work.

Hello!
So it's clear that there is no connection (link) between Community Server and Document Server.
1 Specify what OS on your server?
2 You can try to reinstall OnlyOffice that way
3 Or try to change Settings=>DocumentService:

Code: Select all

Document Command Service Address
Document Storage Service Address
Document Conversion Service Address
You need to set ip address of Document server container instead of "onlyoffice-document-server"
Using command

Code: Select all

docker ps
you will find out CONTAINER ID of Document Server
Using command

Code: Select all

docker inspect [CONTAINER ID]
you will find out ip address of CONTAINER ID (you need Document Server container) in th end of file (for example it's 10.0.1.3)
As a result you'll get something like that
http://10.0.1.3/coauthoring/CommandService.ashx - Document Command Service Address
http://10.0.1.3/FileUploader.ashx - Document Storage Service Address
http://10.0.1.3/ConvertService.ashx - Document Conversion Service Address
4 Check ports for containers using command

docker ps
in column PORTS you must see 80/tcp and 443/tcp
