Unprivileged Docker image for use in K8s and OpenShift

Post by cnt » Fri Jul 06, 2018 11:35 am

Hi,

I have try to deploy the documentserver docker image in OpenShift and have big problems as 'run-document-server.sh' expects to be run as root. For example modifing the configs during runtime in /etc/onlyoffice and starting services like supervisord+nginx require root. I tried to workaround it some time but always found myself in deadends. Is there an unpriviledged docker image I'm not aware of or in development? I need to build one just containing nginx + documentserver which uses external postgres, redis and rabbitmq.

Kind regards,
Christian

Hi,

i have the same request :)
We begin to deploy OpenShift, and it require that all docker images don't run as root...

Thanks,
Yoann
