Use of "storage" field in default.json file

Post by ghartaan » Tue Sep 26, 2017 6:36 am

What is the use of "storage" field in /etc/onlyofffice/documentserver/default.json ?

"storage": {
"name": "storage-fs",
"fs": {
"folderPath": "",
"urlExpires": 2592000,
"secretString": "onlyoffice"
},
"region": "",
"endpoint": "http://localhost/s3",
"bucketName": "cache",
"storageFolderName": "files",
"urlExpires": 604800,
"accessKeyId": "AKID",
"secretAccessKey": "SECRET",
"useRequestToGetUrl": false,
"useSignedUrl": false,
"externalHost": ""
}

Can i use these configuration to store generated files to s3 location instead ?

Is this still the case? Our files are on an S3 server, and it would be great to have OnlyOffice able to retrieve and save the files to the S3.

Alternatively, what is the next best option for using an S3? What code do I need to change? What events do I have to handle?
