The document could not be saved and [ERROR] nodeJS - postData error

Post by EVTURCHENKOV » Wed Sep 23, 2020 12:30 pm

Greeting everyone
I have problem with the integration between a Owncloud server and an ONLYOFFICE document server.
The App version is 5.5.
The Owncloud server version is 10.1.0.4 and the document server version is 20.02.407.5
Onlyoffice ds was installed as a Docker container according to this instruction - https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/ru/s ... ation.aspx.
In Integration app connection established successfully
Image
but when I try to edit document,for example *.docx, I get this error - "The document could not be saved. Please check connection settings or contact your administrator. When you click the 'OK' button, you will be prompted to download the document."(in Russian)
Image.
Also I got this message at the top of my document -
<div id="nojavascript"> <div> This application requires JavaScript for correct operation. Please
<a href="http://enable-javascript.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">enable JavaScript</a> and reload the page. </div> </div>.
Javascript on client side is enabled.
==What I did==
1.Image
And assigned to "rejectUnauthorized" false.
2.Also I found config.php of my Owncloud server and added this
'onlyoffice' =>
array (
'verify_peer_off' => TRUE,
)
3.Finally I checked certificates. Everything was fine.
After this I reloaded literally all that is possible.Unfortunately error was not fixed.
Note: Our company has own certification center.There are no problems with it.
==In Document server logs I found this(inside my Docker container)==

What should I do to fix it ? And what king of information I should provide here to make the view of this error more fluently ?
P.S. Sorry for my bad English, I just started to learn it

Ok, I found the solution.
1.Discover you Docker container's name and get access on it
Image
2.Run wget inside your container to check connection.
If you got message "No route to host"
Image
then
3.Edit container's hosts
nano /etc/hosts
and add <your ip> <your cloud adress>.For example, my cloud runs at 10.2.2.27, so I add to hosts 10.7.2.27 cloud.<mudomain>.ru

After this actions error will be removed.

Hello EVTURCHENKOV,

Sorry for the late reply.

You were right to check the accessibility of your Owncloud's domain name to the Document Server by using wget command. I'm glad you have resolved the issue.
