ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors are free open-source document editors for text documents, spreadsheets and presentations working offline.

With ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors you can:
  • - work with all popular formats - DOC, DOCX, ODT, RTF, TXT, PDF, HTML, EPUB, XPS, DjVu, XLS, XLSX, ODS, CSV, PPT, PPTX, ODP, FODS, FODT, FODP;
    - view, create and edit documents of any size and complexity;
    - extend editing capabilities wit the pre-installed plugin set (e.g. insert special symbols, YouTube videos, ClipArt, create templates and more).
    - automate your routine activities with macros.
Currently, the interface of the editors is available in 8 languages (English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Czech, Slovak, Brazilian Portuguese); spellchecker is available for 43 languages.

What’s more, you are able switch to the online mode to collaborate on documents with your teammates in real time. You can connect to cloud by deploying ONLYOFFICE (free open-source solution) on your own server, or by running free web-based office suite - ONLYOFFICE Personal.
