Error 500 when trying to access Community Server

Hello,

I have installed Community Server (I followed the instructions from : https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/fr/in ... ndows.aspx), it seems like the installation completed successfully. I can see the OnlyOffice shortcut on my desktop, but when i click to launch it, I get redirected to http://localhost, with Error 500...

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the Community Server, but I still have the same problem...

Any ideas on what is going wrong ?

Hello,

Please check if you have Microsoft asp .net MVC 4 runtime installed on the server. If yes, remove it and restart ONLYOFFICE site in IIS. After that check if error 500 is still there.

I have installed Community Server on my computer (Windows 10) but I don't see ONLYOFFICE site in IIS manager...

Hello,

ONLYOFFICE Community Server can be installed only on Server versions of Windows (2012 and higher).
