Helou. Please help me. Why I don´t have in settings DATA MANAGEMENT menu?

I tested onlyoffice community edition on two diferent Virtual Machines.I log in with my first account, but not working. I see setings, by don´t heave backup. I make second user, on PEOPLE menu I add this acount to administrator, sign-off and sign in, but don´t have data management.

I have only this two account on portal

We have never had such menu in Settings of Community Edition. What do you mean by DATA MANAGEMENT? Maybe i don't understand correctly what you posted about.

There is a BackUp function in Enterprise Edition only, in Control Panel. There is no Control Panel in Community Edition.
