No activation email on new users

Hello, I just installed the docker version of the workplace and configured the mail server to my domain (mail.ugestor.com.br);
And I changed the SMTP to use the server and I received the test email, but when I created a new user ( teste@ugestor.com.br ) the confirmation email didn't arrive, so I created another one (teste2) and used my personal Outlook email and the confirmation email arrived successfully;
I checked the vmail folder of mailserver and has some messages on it;
When I Try to send an email I got an error "No Route to Host";
Can anyone help me ?
