Post-install configuration

Hi, we are reviewing trial version of Onlyoffice (rpm-install). And there are some questions about post-install config/monitoring.
1) Is there any way to disable creation of sample files for every account?
2) How to disable email activation for LDAP accounts? Every user have correct mail attribute and we don't need to check it one more time, it would be great if this step could be skipped.
3) in FAQ for enterprise version is said that every connection that should be licensed is"the maximum number of documents that can be edited at the same time". Does that mean that if 100 users edit 1 document we use only one connection?
4) Is there any way to monitor the connections? Today we faced the limit and want to understand the cause. Maybe we could call a script or make a request to database that would give that info?
5) And last question is what are the features of advanced control panel in Enterprise+ version? Seems that regular Enterprise version lacks of user actions control and monitoring.
