We have installed Onlyoffice Document Server and Community Server Version 9.5.1.139
When I try to open a PDF to view it, I get an error "ONLYOFFICE™ is not available. Please contact us at support@onlyoffice.com", but it is not possible to have a preview or the possibility to download it?

If you see this error it means that Community Server cannot communicate to the Document Server.
Please specify what instruction you followed to install Community Server and Document Server.
What are the settings you set up in the Document Service Location (Settings->Integration->Document Service)?
