is it possible to change the https port onlyoffice is listening to within a snap environment? Sadly only the change of http port ist documented.

Please follow the guide to switch Document Server snap to https:
https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/snap-documentserver

You don't need to indicate the https port, just install the certificate.
