no IMAP subfolders

Hello,

i have under Thunderbird IMAP subfolders are INBOX, Sent, Trash, Spam, 2017,2016,2015.

Where can I find this in Onlyoffice E-Mail?

Unfortunately there is no possobility to synchronise IMAP subfolders. All IMAP subfolders will be imported like tags and mails will be tagged with these tags. But there must be access via IMAP to these subfolders, there must be at least one mail. Also by default Mail aggregator synchronise mails for the last 30 days (but you can change this value).

Many Companys, in Germany, save Mail in categories and Subfolders.
I have Companys With 20 an more Subfolders. What should they do?
Without it does not go.

I would like you to understand that OnlyOffice is not Email programm we use Mail Aggregator just the same way like Google use to download mails from other mail accounts. And Mail Server is a module of OnlyOffice which allows you to set and organise your own post service. Mail Server differs from Mail Aggregator.
