Talk / Chat Issues

Post by lebienaime » Tue Jan 26, 2016 2:02 am

I found an error while using the Talk Function. I can't change the status from offline to available on the Talk. On the web inspector console I also found this.
Error in "Standalone" Talk

However, I can chat normally when I'm working on a document together.
It works just fine here

This is the last entry in the web.xx-yy.log when it occurs.

2016-01-26 08:44:19,927 ERROR [Threadpool worker] ASC.Talk - System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Connection refused
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect (System.Net.EndPoint remoteEP) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0
at System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient.Connect (System.Net.IPEndPoint remoteEP) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0
at System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient.Connect (System.Net.IPAddress[] ipAddresses, Int32 port) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

onlyofficeJabber is running (pid 730)

For easy troubleshooting, I disabled SELinux and Firewall and I still find the same error.

I am using Version 8.5.0 on CentOS 7.
Is there something wrong?

Thank you.
