hello to all!
I am not new to the board, however had to create new account, coundt restore my old one for some reason.
Anyway, I have a problem with my own stupidity. I am running old server on linux Version 10.0.1.897 OnlyOffice Comunity Edition, for some reason Ive deleted the main administrators account (portal owner) and cant now have the access to control panel or other options to backup email and all stuff for migrating to new server.
Ive tried to resent the activation email and password recovery to the registered mail, however that didnt work, emails wont get sent. They do get sent to any other account, just not to this main administration account that has HOTMAIL email.
new user or even active users have administration privileges, but cant have access to back up and migration options as well.
So I need help ,how to enable those options or recover or reset main administrator account? thank you in advance!

Please try finding the Portal Owner account and log in to the portal with it. This account is marked with an O letter in the People module:

Thank you for your reply, I think that's the account ive deleted - by main administrator account I wanted to say that Portal Owner, ive sometime back deleted the acount, or I cant see it and can't recover the password, as name I have Administrator after clicking on it, I can see the mail, but due to that the server wont sent the email ONLY to this account recovery (all others do work with no problem..)
