Hi Maxim,

If you're asking the office files these files are showing the pictures when you download to local computer. I attached one sample (Please check the post dated Fri Apr 26, 2019. I explained everything). But if you want to something else please explain me more.

Hi Maxim,

I tried to mobile and desktop applications. But the result is the same. I could not find any other information about this issue.

When I copy the same document from my server to local disk and open with OnlyOffice Desktop application the pictures are available. Can it be a security problem? Because the files are not corrupted.

I am sure that there is a problem in your server. The file is not corrupted. Is there installed antivirus or firewall on your Windows?

I would suggest you to check this out by disabling Windows Defender and Windows Firewall for a short time and try to repeat your actions just to be sure that Windows Defender and Windows Firewallare not connected with this issue.

Hi Maxim,

I've a good news this time. PDF is ok and document's image problem is solved, after I stopped the firewall and defender services.

I want to share with you very interesting case both of them PDF and document's image issues are not continue any more when restart the firewall and defender services.

I did not changed any configuration both of them. Many time I restarted my server but the restarts didn't solve my problem before. Maybe the problem is releated to service starting sequence.

Anyway thanks for your support. I hope the problem will not rise from dead.
