Issues occurring after upgrading from 10.5 to 11.0

Hi all. I volunteer my service to help a non-profit organization with their OnlyOffice server on AWS (Windows instance) and I am running into issues after upgrading their OnlyOffice Community Server to 11.0. Whenever I open a document, it loads for 2 minutes then gives me an error saying this: "Document Service is not available. Please contact support". I know the issue centers on the Document Server but I do not know where to start. I would appreciate any help. If there is additional information that is needed please let me know.

Hi,
First, make sure that the ONLYOFFICE Document Server services (DocService, Converter, Proxy and Spellchecker) are running. If they are, please check the “Document Service Location” section of the general portal settings (Settings -> Integration -> Document Service) and post a screenshot of the error you get when you press the “Save” button on that page.
