Hello lextar!
There is nothing that could help. Have no idea. Try to uninstall Onlyoffice and install again but install AS ADMINISTRATOR.

Hello lextar!
If you uninstall Onlyoffice, Onlyoffice Document Server and control panel you shouldn't lose your data because database is not uninstalled.
can I make a backup before?

There is no backup option in the Community Edition.

Tried, but I still have the upload problem....

Request entity too large.

Updated also to the latest version. Seems to be an IIS related issue.
