Forwarding cookies to the Document storage service

Postby AndrewG » Sat May 06, 2017 3:12 am

Hi everyone,

we are working on integrating Document Server with our own web solution and faced with the following challenge:

Is it possible to somehow pass end-user cookies to the Document Storage Service while opening document in the Document Server?

We need such possibility as by default anonymous connections are prohibited to the Document Storage Server on more higher layer which would be challenging for us to change, but making connections for document retrieval from Document Server to Document Storage Service with end-user's cookies - would solve our issue.

As according you our understanding so far, Document Server connects to Document storage service as just an anonymous (fresh) connection.

Thank you for your feedback!

Hello there,
Could anyone give me answer to this question?
What are the main differences between Document Management and Document Storage?
Thanks in advance
