this morning I have purchased access for 1 year for 3-5 users.
I will be accessing OnlyOffice through the API's provided by you.

Now I have been trying to authenticate my user through the API (, with parameters "userName" and "password") with the correct credentials, but I keep receiving the error message:

Since I already made the payment and in my portal it also shows "You are using 80$/year* plan", I don't know what is going wrong at the moment. Could you help me on this issue?

Dear Michael,

The following POST request has been made to instead of your portal address.

It should be the address of your portal, not an example one.

Please change the request string.
