Can't access to email via third party email clients

I have installed document, mail, and community server. And created a new mailbox. I am able to send and receive email. I have problems when I try to access to emails on thunderbird, outlook, android, iphone, as well as telnet, openssl. The error I am getting is Authentication failed.

How can I change the password for my email?

It works, when I reset my email password in MySQL (http://www.iredmail.org/docs/reset.user.password.html). At the same time, I can't send or receive email on onlyoffice.

sql> USE vmail;
sql> UPDATE mailbox SET password='{SSHA512}jOcGSlKEz95VeuLGecbL0MwJKy0yWY9foj6UlUVfZ2O2SNkEExU3n42YJLXDbLnu3ghnIRBkwDMsM31q7OI0jY5B/5E=' WHERE username='user@domain.ltd';

Hello maxmaxmax!
You can't connect your email client (like thunderbird, outlook and so on) to the Mail Server and unfortunately you can't change password.
