Slow email sync

Hi,

We have just started using OnlyOffice and noticed huge problem with synchronisation of emails.
We use our own domain. Our mail server is postfix.

When a new user registers to the portal he can see his emails on the next day. Also new emails "arrive" with daily delay? Is there any solution to that?

Hello!
Please specify your issue:
1 Did you use OnlyOffice Mail Server or just use mail agregator in Community Server?
2 After new user registration notification email user recieves next day only?
3 Did you configure notification sending through your mail server or you use default settings of OnlyOffice Mail Server?
4 Delayed emals do you see in OnlyOffice mail or in other apps too?
Describe the issue in details please.

What mail server are you using, also it might be how the greylisting is setup? If it is activated, try deactivating it (only if you have a good anti-spam service)
I would check your DNS servers, it could be that DNS is taking a time to find your MX record.
