Issue with white labeling in mobile devices

Postby NI3 » Sat Jun 10, 2017 1:11 pm

Hi,

We have Integration edition of OnlyOffice server with white labeling enabled. The server is deployed on Windows machine. In config.json we put our customization tag according to https://api.onlyoffice.com/editors/config/editor/customization.

So the issue is that customized parameters are properly displayed in about section in desktop devices but in mobile devices, instead of customized parameters OnlyOffice parameters are displayed in about section.
Why is this happening even when white labeling is enabled?
