Try the fastest and simplest way to install ONLYOFFICE

Update field impossible on Windows

Update field impossible on Windows

Postby nakedfoot » Fri Apr 21, 2017 11:23 am

Hi,

I've tried OnlyOfficeCommunity on an Ubuntu Server with no problems,
But the Windows version make me crazy.

The install process was quite good,
I've created users normally.

But when i want to update them (change Name or add pics) i only see a pink rectangle in the top right corner with an exclamation mark inside.

What does it mean ?

If anybody had the same issue, and the solution ... ?
Thx.

Hi,

Can't find this directories.
And no revelant file in ONLYOFFICE dir/logs.
(fyi, in installed files in c:/ONLYOFFICE/).

Is there any possibilities with an MySQL issue ?
The ODBC connector installation was a difficult step due to an older version of the driver.
