Too Many Redirects After IP Changes

Dear all,

We moved installation to another docker host machine, therefore our external ip had changed.

Whenever we try to login, page always redirects to itself, and we get ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error eventually.

If we try to use previous machines external ip on same new machine, everything looks fine.

I thought it might be something like .NET caching problem.

PS: Our backup and restore methodology as follows:

- Restore whole database
- Restore whole data folder: e.g. /var/www/onlyoffice/Data

Hello,

Could you specify the version you use and the instructions you follow to move installation to another docker host machine

Hi,

We are experiencing the problem on latest docker version(pre-built version).

We do export whole tables from mysql and dump to new container. I thought it was not related with database because login page loads correctly.

Same issue also happens if we attempt to change ip address to another one.

I hope if we can update new ip address on db, any config file inside container etc and purge all cached items then it would work. How we can do that, or what's your suggestion on this manner?

Hello!
Please specify what edition of OnlyOffice you use (Enterprise or Community)? Was old ip address assigned to domain name or not? What is OS on server you use? More info please.

Hi,

We are using dockerized community edition. We only use documentserver and communityservers. Docker host is working on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.

We were using over ip address in the beginning, and we are trying to move into DNS currently.

Hello tolkinyo!
I advice you just to reinstall OO, it's the easiest way to solve the problem, but before be sure that old containers were deleted and installation script too. And install again with new parametrs.
