Nginx proxy upload failed

Postby tony » Wed Jul 19, 2017 4:10 pm

Hello, I'm new here, and my English is not good, I'm sorry.

I've installed Docker version, along this method (on Ubuntu 16.04.2):

wget http://download.onlyoffice.com/install/ ... install.sh
bash opensource-install.sh -md yourdomain.com

It works perfect.

And then, I set Nginx proxy + Let's encrypt, along this guide:
https://www.linuxbabe.com/linux-server/ ... untu-16-04

What I did:
sudo docker stop community-server-container-id
sudo docker rm community-server-container-id
sudo docker run --net onlyoffice -i -t -d --restart=always --name onlyoffice-community-server \
-p 8080:80 -p 5222:5222 \
-v /app/onlyoffice/CommunityServer/data:/var/www/onlyoffice/Data \
-v /app/onlyoffice/CommunityServer/mysql:/var/lib/mysql \
-v /app/onlyoffice/CommunityServer/logs:/var/log/onlyoffice \
-v /app/onlyoffice/DocumentServer/data:/var/www/onlyoffice/DocumentServerData \
-e DOCUMENT_SERVER_PORT_80_TCP_ADDR=onlyoffice-document-server \
-e MAIL_SERVER_DB_HOST=onlyoffice-mail-server \
onlyoffice/communityserver:9.1.0.393

(Nginx cannot start If I set -p 8080:80 -p 443:443 -p 5222:5222, so I removed -p 443:443)

My Nginx server block is:
server {
listen 80;
server_name yourdomain.com;
return 301 https://$server_name$request_uri;
}

server {
listen 443 ssl;

server_name yourdomain.com;

ssl_certificate /etc/letsencrypt/live/yourdomain.com/fullchain.pem;
ssl_certificate_key /etc/letsencrypt/live/yourdomain.com/privkey.pem;
ssl_dhparam /etc/ssl/certs/dhparam.pem;

ssl_protocols TLSv1 TLSv1.1 TLSv1.2;
ssl_prefer_server_ciphers on;
ssl_ciphers "EECDH+AESGCM:EDH+AESGCM:AES256+EECDH:AES256+EDH:RSA+AES128";
ssl_ecdh_curve secp384r1;
ssl_session_cache shared:SSL:10m;
ssl_session_tickets off;
ssl_stapling on;
ssl_stapling_verify on;
resolver 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 valid=300s;
resolver_timeout 5s;

root /var/www/onlyoffice;

error_log /var/log/nginx/onlyoffice.error;
access_log /var/log/nginx/onlyoffice.access;

location / {
proxy_pass http://127.0.0.1:8080;
proxy_set_header Host $http_host;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Proto $scheme;
}

location ~ /.well-known/acme-challenge {
allow all;
}
}

After that, everything works fine but one thing is failed: upload files on the web.

At https://yourdomain.com/products/files/, I can create a document, but I cannot upload a file.

It says: 'Error: Access denied"
(I don't know exactly what this message is in English, It prints always in my language even if I set to English on the Settings page.)

How Can I fix it?

Please help me... Thank you so much!

Hello tony!
First of all you followed instruction not from our HelpCenter.
Second you installed Community Edition with installation script that contains all necessary operations and after that you changed docker configuration. By default Community Server works like a proxy for other containers.
I cannot say what is the reason of that error, maybe because there is an error connected with localhost and your domain.
You can send your issue to support@onlyoffice.com if you want paid support.

The guide that I've followed is very very simple. It's common knowledge, nothing special.
I wrote above everything what I've done. Just that's all.
Do you think there are some mistakes? You don't think so.
So I think maybe it's your bug. Do I have to pay for your bug? How much is it?
Create a document is fine. But can't upload any file. Isn't it weird?
You can test it by yourself.

I just want to run my web server, community server and document server all together on one same marchine.
Is it possible? How can I install it? How much for this advice?
