Speedup response

Postby BranKo » Fri Feb 03, 2017 1:15 pm

We are using onlyoffice community edition (about 12 people). Only Office is consisted from comunity server and document server on VM (no docker).
We are using mostly project module. But after upgrade is management very slow.
Time tracking is fast but entering tasks and comments is very slow. Only what I see is "Loading...".
Sometimes after 20-30sec is loading disappeared and saved changes. But usually I get timeout from browser.

Is something somewhere what I can tune and speedup response ?

Hello BranKo!
See here maybe it'll be helpfull. I think smth. wrong with requests routing from server to server. Servers should connect with the other one without a problem. Check out the Settings->Document Service, also control CPU loadng while editing files or smth. like this.

I mean that slow response is when I'm creating tasks. This is done only on community server (without interactivity with document server).

Hello!
If you use Docker version try to reinstall Community Edition - it's fast and very often it's helpful.

No I've using version installed on Ubuntu Trusty (wirhout Docker).
Yes this version was really fast. But after two or three months (in this time I upgraded version to newer) I can see some lagging.
It is special when I create new record in projects. I fiil the form and press "Save" button. It's appear Loading with spinning circle (it is showed more minutes and never disappear).
But if I press "save" and wait for 10-20secs and hit F5 (refresh) or back button. Task is sucefully saved ...

I mean thet frontend waiting for some core module...
