Hello I have installed unloaded onlyoffice for virtualbox and when I accede to the portal it continues loading default.aspx again and again.

Hello,

Please restart nginx with:

- Login to VM with user: onlyoffice, pwd: onlyoffice;

Attach to the docker container:

Code: Select all
sudo docker attach onlyoffice-community-server
service nginx restart

Te problem continue.

I attach instantaneous of the received message.

Also I have installed the version for windows and on having finished the installation accede to the page wizard but I do not manage to happen of there.

Hello,

Please open Terminal on host and execute
docker ps

Check if there is document server running in the list you get

If there is no document server, execute:
docker ps -a

If document server is shown but inactive, then start it using:
docker start [documentserver_id]

If it starts successfully, please re-start nginx and open the portal. If document server does not start, please send us a screenshot you get when it starts.
