I am also having the same issue, I installed the full OnlyOffice server on Ubuntu 14.0.4 and I am able to connect to the portal and document system using the browser using http://192.168.7.243/ - however the Desktop Editor is unable to connect to the portal. I keep getting wrong portal name, email or password.

Could you send us a screenshot showing what you indicate to connect Desktop Editors to your portal

IP and username changed for security however it is the same error with the correctly typed information.
Again we can access using the same information with the IP in the browser.
