problem with community server new install on win 2008

hello all,

ive installed community server on a windows 2008 server, using the v17.11.148 exe file.
i first installed mysql5.5, installed with no problem.
i then ran the onlyoffice_community_edition_win_install.v17.11.148.exe
all the dependancies load and install, with no problems or errors
the onlyoffice community server installs with no problems or errors
the install file completes, then opens a browser window with the message "Sorry, portal is on maintenance. It may take some time."
- ive tried browsing directly (both from the localhost and from another machine on the network) with chrome, firefox and internet explorer, the message is always the same.
- ive verified the services as running on the server (onlyoffice, mysql, rabbit, redis, .net framework, postgresql) and the IIS webserver is working; i get the error page on a browser.

the only thing i get is "Sorry, portal is on maintenance. It may take some time."
i let the server sit overnight (appx 15hours) and i still get the message when i browse to the localhost
i rebooted the server, and the problem persists.

is there something ive missed?
or, is there some way to manually trigger the initial setup page?

thanks

Hello new_user!
Please attach logs. Also specify did you install MySQL manually or it was installed from the installation package. If you installed manually please uninstall MySQL and Onlyoffice completely and install again after server reboot using step-by-step Onlyoffice wizard.

hello,

i had originally installed mysql manually (https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/serve ... ments.aspx) lists mysql as a prerequisite to the onlyoffice install.

however - i followed your suggestion and uninstalled mysql and onlyoffice. rebooted. then ran just the onlyoffice installer.
it worked. i was able to reach the initial admin config page and get it rolling.

thanks for your help, i really appreciate it.
