OnlyOffice Editor Scaling Problems

Postby Dxngoli » Sat Apr 29, 2017 9:27 pm

I've just installed the OnlyOffice Editor for Linux, but their are some scaling errors, which i can't solve.

First, when i open a file or create a new one. i have to resize the window, that the controls are completely visible.

Secondly, when i start a Presentation in Presentation Mode i can only see about 1/4 of the slide and i can't find a work around for that.

I could pinpoint the error now on my hidpi display.

Are their any environment path/setting to scale the Presentation mode or the normal window?

Hello Dxngoli!
Please specify what version of Desktop Editor do you use?
Also specify what is a display resolution?
Is a videodriver installed?

Hi, I also am experiencing the same behavior on my Linux desktop. It happens whenever I open or create a new document for the first time. I fix the issue simply by resizing the window (or more easily, just unmaximize and then maximize the window, or vice versa). I also noticed that the text for the tabs with the file names when switching between documents is very small, as if it's not taking the operating system scaling settings. The scaling for the rest of the application is perfectly fine. Here is information about my environment:

OnlyOffice Desktop Version:
Operating System: Ubuntu Linux 16.04
Desktop Environment: Ubuntu Unity
Video: Nvidia GeForce GT 750M (Dell XPS 9530 laptop)
Driver: Nouveau
Resolution/DPI: 3200x1800 resolution 1.75 scaling

I will check with the proprietary Nvidia driver and see if there are any differences in behavior.
