Error with history events

Postby nillenille2 » Tue Dec 13, 2016 11:20 am

The request goes to https://subdomain/api/2.0/crm/history.json instead of https://subdomain.domain.tld/api/2.0/crm/history.json – is there a way to fix this?

Hello!
Please specify what version of Community Server do you use. Try to update it if it's outdated.
Try to perform this: attach container with Community Server and edit the file
Code: Select all
/var/www/onlyoffice/Services/MailAggregator/ASC.Mail.Aggregator.CollectionService.exe.config

Find the string
Code: Select all
<add key="api.host" value="" />
and put your value "subdomain.domain.tld" between quotes (marked red on the screenshot).
If this string doesn't exist put "subdomain.domain.tld" in the string
Code: Select all
<add key="core.base-domain" value="" />
(marked green on the screenshot).
Thank you for the interest in our product.

Thank you for your reply.
I've changed the values, but it didn't do the trick… It still tries to connect to the hostname instead of the FQDN. Or do I need to add a port or change core.host as well?

Code: Select all
2016-12-15 12:50:01,779 DEBUG [Threadpool worker] ASC.Api - ApiHelper->Execute: request url: https://hostname/api/2.0/people/filter.json?filterValue={FilterValue}&StartIndex={StartIndex}&Cou
nt={Count}
2016-12-15 12:50:01,780 DEBUG [Threadpool worker] ASC.Api - ApiHelper->Execute: request url: https://hostname/api/2.0/crm/contact/simple/byEmail.json

I'm running the current version of the community server on Debian Jessie.

For some reason the issue has been resolved.

I don't think I've updated Onlyoffice… Though I did update Mono, recently.
