On the final stage (Stage 5) of the mail server configuration, I am getting a 500 Error : Internal Server Error when I click the complete button. This is after setting up the DKIM record. Does anyone have any idea how to get past it?

Thanks.

Please send the «web.api» log file from /var/log/onlyoffice folder inside onlyoffice community_server container via email - support@onlyoffice.com

As I explained to one of your staff, there is no such log in my Docker installation. The logs available in my community server container are /var/log/onlyoffice/nginx-access.log and nginx-error.log

This log you may find in Docker container by performing these commands:

docker ps -a #list all the containers

docker attach {id_container} #select the required container

Then you can list the folders, find the /var/log/onlyoffice/ folder and send it to us.

I know how to attach to the container and as I said, the only logs available in my Community Server are nginx-access.log and nginx-error.log - I am wondering if it is because I am using volumes, I have seen it mentioned that some "extra initialisation" needs doing for using volumes for logs but I couldn't find any documentation on this. Either way, I used the volume instructions I was given as follows:

-v /opt/onlyoffice/logs:/var/logs/onlyoffice

And the only logs I have are the nginx logs both in the container and in the volume. There is also a directory named 8.1 but it just contains an empty nginx directory and nothing else.

It might be possible that you have no permissions to access the folder on your host machine.
Please, execute the following command without entering the container
chmod -R 777 /directory
where directory is the directory on your host machine corresponding to the volume with log files
