SSL configuration not working

Currently, when using SSL for SMTP or IMAP, OO does not work (it hangs almost forever).

Without SSL, it works, but obviously, I'd prefer if data where not in clear

Could you please specify SMTP/IMAP settings (port, server)?

If you use port 587, please, try to use 465.

My IMAP server is "ssl0.ovh.net", it listens on SSL port 993 with authentication. It also listen on port 143 for non-SSL IMAP (with authentication).
For SMTP, the address is the same, it listens on SSL port 465 with authentication. It also listen on port 25 and 587 for non-SSL SMTP.
Port 587 and 143 for SMTP (respectively IMAP) both work, but not 465 nor 993. When I set any of the later (+ check the "Use SSL" option) it hangs for one or two minutes then give a "timeout" error.

The problem may consist in the long response timeout from the server. Unfortunately, Everything I can advise you is to check the validity of the mail settings in Thunderbird or Outlook.

Well, no, the IMAP server answers in less than 200ms.
Any log file I can check to assert what going wrong ?
