activation email not coming in

Hi,

I seem to be having a issue with the activation and also notification emails. I have setup smtp and able to receive test emails but when i click on the resend activation unable to receive anything. I looked through the form and unable to find an answer

I'm currently running on CentOS Linux release 7.1.1503. Everything is configured properly as far as i can see.

Please check the port 9871 to be opened (Notification service functions through this port by default.)

If you want to change the port to another one, please:

by:

vi /var/www/onlyoffice/WebStudio/Web.config

change the string:

Code: Select all
<endpoint address="net.tcp://localhost:9871/teamlabNotify" binding="netTcpBinding" contract="ASC.Notify.INotifyService" bindingConfiguration="notify" />


Perform this two commands:

Code: Select all
# usermod -a -G nginx onlyoffice
# usermod -a -G postfix onlyoffice
to add the onlyoffice in these groups

And restart the notify service:

Code: Select all
/etc/init.d/onlyofficeNotify stop
/etc/init.d/onlyofficeNotify start
