CommunityServer 8.9.1.340 installation issue on WS 2008R2

Postby koksalbasar » Fri Feb 10, 2017 8:15 pm

I've tried to install OOCS 8.9.1.340 on my WS2008R2 VPS. Everything seems ok while installation progress. Wizard is connecting MYSQL database, after that, an OnlyOffice icon is appearing on the desktop. When the wizard shows "IIS Configuration" message the icon is disappearing. The wizard can not continue after the "Installing IIS URL Rewrite Module 2" message.

The last message is on the screen is "The Onlyoffice setup wizard ended prematurely". I checked out log file. I found 4 failed notes. I think of that is not so important.

I could not add the original log file because of the file limit (Even the zip file greater than the size limit.). I created a short form of the file, 4 failed notes and the last part of the file. I hope it will help you.

PS: I installed v8.7.1.290 first of all . Every thing was perfect except documents. I've tried to install Document server v3.0 but it failed also.

Thanks for your support

Thanks for your effort. May I ask how long it takes to release the new patch, and how will I be informed?

Ps. I'm sorry for late response. I've moved my home to another city. I had some internet problems.

Hello koksalbasar!
I cannot say exact date, but not to lose time i recommend you to install Enterprise Edition. Complete the form and get a test 30-day licence key.
