403 Forbidden One Click Install

Postby icedvigilante » Mon Oct 24, 2016 3:49 pm

This is my first experience with running OnlyOffice on my own server. So I ran the one click install. Everything went through without and issue (it appeared). On my LAN I can get to the system without issue, but from a remote location I get

"403
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server."

This is running on Debian Jessie
I have confirmed that I have the firewall configured to allow 80 and 443 from remote sites.
Please accept that this is new to me (student learning Linux). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am running the Community Server and Document Server.

Hello!
If you connect to ONLYOFFICE server through your LAN but there is no connection from remote location you should try to use F12 (tab Network) in a browser to see what's going on. I suppose smth. (between ONLYOFFICE server and remote location) doesn't allow your requests from remote location to get to ONLYOFFICE server in your LAN.
