unable add mail account

hello,everyone,

Install OnlyOffice with script :
- wget http://download.onlyoffice.com/install/ ... install.sh
- bash opensource-install.sh -md "yourdomain.com"

Install finish.

I successful finish add domain name

add domain ok.jpg

but when I slect mail,set up the first account

report a error "Account connection error..... Unknown mail provider settings."

why?

Hello!
you cannot add mailbox to the your mail domain? you should create mailbox first of all. Where (or how) did you create mailbox?

Hello!

I use Administrator user login,when I at settings---mail server--- add new mailbox, i cannot select all,because i cannot found select all has checkbox.

I found only Administrator can create new mailbox for every register user.

But every new register cannot create mailbox for themself.

I found some wrong at Mail Service page.

Connect Mail Server IP error,but i alreay install onlyoffice-mail-server use docker

Maybe system provide default user name,and database password is wrong.

What is correct user name and password?

Please read attentively what is written!
"This option allows to connect your portal to the Mail Server installed on a remote computer using the Docker installation.
Note: make sure that ports 3306 and 8081 are opened at the computer where Mail Server is installed. We also strongly recommend that you change your Mail Server database access password."


Of course, Administrator is responsible to create mailboxes only.

I also attention that need open port 3306 and 8081.

But how to do this?

All i can advice you is to search in google how to open ports.
