Can't acces to control-panel

Postby dsi-lille » Wed Dec 07, 2016 12:26 pm

Hi,

since the last update (Community Server : 8.9.2.19, Document Server : 4.2.0.305, Control Panel : 1.6.1.91), when i click on the control panel link from the parameters page i'm redirect to the login page (https://escola.ac-lille.fr/auth.aspx).
If i authenticate i get back to the home page.

Thanks for your help,
Yoann

We have tested Onlyoffice Enterprise Edition on CentOS. We had the same issue with Control Panel. The problem was solved when we disabled firewall using the command:
Code: Select all
systemctl disable firewall
Please try this solution on your server.
Also you can try the following instructions:
1. Forced clean cache of the browser
2. Find the container with Control Panel (use 'docker ps -a') and restart monoserve and nginx
Code: Select all
docker attach "container_id"
service monoserve restart
service monoserve2 restart
service nginx restart

3. Check loading pages of the portal from the container with Control Panel and from the host
Code: Select all
wget http://dnsnameonlyoffice/

4. Ping Control Panel name from the container with Community Server.
Code: Select all
ping "name_of_CP_container"

5. Clean cache of redis from the container with Control Panel and restart it
Code: Select all
sudo redis-cli flushall
sudo service redis-server restart

6. Check the license
7. If https is used, check the correctness of the certificate.
8. Perform a clean installation on a clean operating system (reinstall your OS and install docker and Onlyoffice) using the script. See instruction here:
http://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/server ... ation.aspx

Hi,

thanks for your quick answer.

OnlyOffice is installed on a Debian, firewall doesn't exist.
I tested all your solution, the issue still remain.
Except for the clean install, because I'm not sure how a clean install could solve this issue. Before all those updates, Control Panel was working.

I take a look at control panel logs, and i notice this error that appears after the update:

2016-12-07 15:35:22,525 ERROR [Threadpool worker] ASC.Api - Error: NameResolutionFailure

Hello!
Unfortunately there was a bug in updating process.
Please update your system again using the script with parameter -u (not using Control panel). Don't forget to delete old installation script!
wget http://download.onlyoffice.com/install/ ... install.sh script and than run
bash enterprise-install.sh -u
Not to lose data you must have mapped folders.

Thanks, it works.

It was also a problem from our side.
We launch onlyoffice containers with a custom script and we didn't add all the new parameters with the docker run command (--net onlyoffice, -e DOCUMENT_SERVER_PORT_80_TCP_ADDR ...).

I add all the new parameters and it's works now !

Thanks for your help, we will check our launch script more often now !
Yoann.
