Hello kiar!
We have detected the problem (error), it's connected to StartTLS.
We will fix it next release in 2-3 weeks. There is nothing we can do now.
You can return your old configuration or wait some time till new release.

Hello,

I have now a big problem, and it's maybe related : many users are not able to login anymore.
This is specific to OnlyOffice ( not a password issue ), because they can login in any other instance/CMS with Ldap-Auth.

I can see the request on my Ldap-Server, and this request returns no error to the OnlyOffice ( credentials are right ), but the session doesn't start.

Is there a way to correct it ?
It's not a problem for me to modify any file, or make a mysql request inside a container to correct this.

I've shown the source code of some files and the database structure, but I couldn't find the point.

Any help is very appreciated.

Did happen after update? What are the versions of containers? Did you change user's profile or filters?
Did you change smth. on LDAP server? Is there any addditional info that would help us?
Logs of Community Server could help us.

I didn't change anything on the OnlyOffice server ( only a reboot on the ldap server ) : no update, no config change.
There was no config change on the ldap server.

The command :

works well in both server console and container console.

I send you per pm the log from yesterday, but there's really nothing interesting ( I had to send an invitation to a user, and 2/3 false credentials ).

One question : are all the data ( documents, calendar event, project, ... ) in /app saved ?
The real question is : if I remove the docker container and reinstall it without removing /app, can I recover all the data ?
I don't think it would change anything to reinstall, just wan't to be sure

If folders are mapped from containers then - yes, data is saved. Anyway you should create backups.
if I remove the docker container and reinstall it without removing /app, can I recover all the data ?

Do not do it, i don't think thet it will help you. But generally yes, if you remove container and instal again, data will be restored. But as i see your enterprise works with MySQL 5.5 verision. Now script installs MySQL container with 5.7 version by default. That's why you need to install containers another way or to make a dump of MySQL version 5.5 database and restore it on new container with MySQL 5.7 version.

No, I will not do a reinstall, I althought think that it will not solve my problem.
Am I the only one who has this problem connecting with ldap ?

Please let me know if there is a patch to correct this.

We have fixed it in 9.5 version which is going to be released soon.
It's getting worse for our school : our license expire on next week. After this date, I doubt we can do an update anymore.

Why so? What email you used for the licence?
You are using ONLYOFFICE Education Edition?
